Honeymoon Photos

Update 7/14/02: Our Grand Canyon helicopter tour included a complimentary photo of us just before taking off. We finally got a chance to scan it and add it, down at the bottom of the page.

Casa Sedona

We drove to Sedona, Arizona on Monday June 3rd to start our honeymoon. We had a wonderful three-night stay at the Casa Sedona Bed & Breakfast Inn.

Bev enjoyed the breathtaking red rock views from our private second floor balcony.

Chapel of the Holy Cross

Among our many stops on Tuesday was the beautiful Chapel of the Holy Cross, which is actually built right into the red rock wall.

Red Rocks

Sedona offers bountiful opportunities to snap great photos of the majestic red rocks surrounding the area. Some of these were taken from the Chapel while others were taken on the Pink Jeep tour we took later that afternoon.

Panoramas

These panoramic shots provide a much better idea of just how beautiful and breathtaking the Sedona landscape is. Be sure to scroll your browser through the high resolution images for the full effect.

We relaxed later on Tuesday evening with a little bit of sparkling wine (from one of our wedding gifts) on our private balcony at Casa Sedona.

Outside Sedona

Wednesday took us 100 miles north to the Grand Canyon for an exciting helicopter ride. The drive to get there was beautiful, winding up through the Oak Creek Canyon, pictured at left.

On Thursday we left Sedona for good, deciding at the last minute to head up to Las Vegas for the night. We passed through the Hoover Dam on a scorching hot afternoon.

These are all of the still photos we took on our honeymoon. We have several hours of video footage, so look for stills from that, plus maybe some downloadable video clips as we work on making our Wedding/Honeymoon DVD. Stay tuned and check back often!
